Pasal 44

(2) Ketentuan keselamatan ketenagalistrikan sebagai mana dimaksud pada ayat (1) meliputi:

a. Pemenuhan standarisasi peralatan dan pemanfaat tenaga listrik;

b. Pengamanan instalasi tenaga listrik; dan

c. Pengamanan pemanfaat tenaga listrik.

(3) Setiap instalasi tenaga listrik yang beroperasi wajib memiliki sertifikat laik operasi.

(6) Setiap tenaga teknik dalam usaha ketenagalistrikan wajib memiliki sertifikat kompetensi.

Tugas Kelompok

Pada kuliah PBO diberi penugasan berkelompok dengan anggota sepasang mahasiswa. Ada empat kelompok. Sebelumnya diberi contoh. Ada dua aktor yaitu admin dan pengguna [pegawai]. Admin melakukan: a) CRUD, b) Melihat data. Pegawai melakukan melihat data.

Kelompok 1 tentang db Baby, diterangkan use case diagram (UML constraint). Informasi: Pengguna melihat data bayi, akses db? Admin melihat data bayi, input data bayi.

Kelompok 2 tentang daftar harga barang. Kasir melakukan kegiatan sbb: a] Memasukkan informasi barang; b] Pencarian barang; c] Pengeluaran barang; d] Stock barang.

Kelompok 3 tentang Searching /Pengelolaan Buku. Aktor user, kegiatan: searching buku. Aktor admin, kegiatan: a] Memasukan info buku; b] Lihat data buku; c] Edit data buku; d] Delete data buku. Field data: i> judul, ii> penerbit, iii> tahun, iv> pengarang.

Kelompok 4 tentang Pendataan beras miskin (SCM, Supply Chain Monitoring). Aktor terdiri atas Pusat /Bulog, Titik Distribusi, Titik Bagi, Masyarakat /RTS-PM. Aktor Bulog melakukan: a] Input data peruntukan beras, b] Pencarian data beras. Aktor Titik Distribusi melakukan konfirmasi beras. Aktor Titik Bagi melakukan konfirmasi beras. Aktor RTS-PM melakukan melihat daftar alokasi dan waktu pengiriman beras. Revisi: Aktor Bulog melakukan input data peruntukan beras. Aktor Titik Distribusi melakukan konfirmasi dan penentukan TB. Aktor Titik Bagi melakukan konfirmasi dan penentuan RTS-PM. Aktor RTS-PM juga melakukan complain di SMS Gateway system.

Kelompok 5 tentang Sistem Absensi. Aktor admin melakukan: a] Input data karyawan, b] Laporan bulanan (terlambat, sakit, alpha). Aktor user melakukan input kode karyawan. Dialog model (ADI): Login –> Dashboard –> Daftar pegawai, Sakit, Terlambat, Input login, Bulanan pegawai absensi.

RTM –> Teknik Informatika

Kita perlu menyukseskan pelaksanaan RTM (Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen) program studi, fakultas, dan universitas dalam rangka meningkatkan akreditasi program studi untuk mencapai akreditasi prima. Pesan quality assurance ini disampaikan oleh UPT Pusat Penjaminan Mutu Universitas Unila URL http://kpmu.unila.ac.id/ Kegiatan RTM dalam rangka penguatan anggaran dan penerapan implementasi delapan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) Unila.

Di samping itu RTM bermanfaat untuk keperluan peningkatan kualitas Program Studi Teknik Elektro di Jurusan Teknik Elektro, khususnya dalam rangka membangun PAU (Pusat Antar Universitas) bidang RADAR, REMOTE SENSING, NETWORKING untuk penelitian terkait UAV (Un-manned Aerial Vehicle) sebagai alat bantu pemetaan /pemantauan pasukan di garis depan, sistem navigasi untuk mengarahkan UAV tersebut, net-book /note-book /laptop sebagai alat pengolah data pemetaan /pemantauan udara, kamera sebagai alat pengumpul data spasial dan non-spasial, sistem kelistrikan yang didukung pembangkit listrik yang terkait otomotif transporter berupa mobil, truck, dan /atau panser.

 

Materi kuliah analisa sistem

Bisa diberikan pada perkuliahan pemodelan dan simulasi. Hal ini bersesuaian dengan Model Curriculum for Undergraduate Computer Information Systems. Meski pun tidak cukup meliputi  kedua topik: 1) Analisa sistem; 2) Desain sistem.

… in structured analysis – including event partitioning, and the de-emphasis of modeling current physical systems. A superficial understanding of computer hardware, software, and programming is generally provided by an “introduction to computers” course that would precede the student’s exposure to an in-depth coverage of systems analysis.

1) Recognizing that some introductory material is necessary for student who has had an introduction to computers, but has never done any systems analysis, while also

2) realizing that the concepts of structured analysis are simple enough that they can be presented in substantial detail at the high school and college level.

Development in these areas

… have had quite an impact on the overall acceptance of structured analysis. Many people argue whether structured analysis is relevant in an environment where users can create their own applications in a matter of hours or days –> Book on the subject of system analysis: the vastly more powerful technology available to system analysts and users alike has changed our focus and perspective.

System developers have had to cope with issues of database systems and real-time system, in addition to the “function-oriented” system originally addressed by structured analysis in the late 1970s.

This book discusses entity-relationship diagrams and state-transition diagrams, in addition to classical data-flow diagrams, and shows how all three models can be integrated; this integration of models will become more and more important over the coming years.

Modern structured analysis

Classic material on structured analysis that was first published in the late 1970s. When Tom De Marco wrote Structured Analysis and System Specification, and Chris Gane and Trish Sarson wrote Structured System Analysis: Tools and Techniques,

there were no fourth generation programming languages, and there were no prototyping tools available for systems developers. Personal computers did not exist in those days, not with standing some of the early, primitive machines from Apple and Radio Shack.

There were no workstation-based software products that would help the system analyst create data-flow diagrams.
