  • MODELING OF ENTERPRISES AND ORGANIZATIONS: Using object-oriented methodology, enterprises, organizations and business processes are modeled –> penelitian “disertasi” akan melakukan pemodelan PENGORGANISASIAN dinas perhubungan, komunikasi atau informasi /informatika menggunakan metodologi berorientasi objek untuk proses bisnis tertentu yang terkait tata kelola pariwisata ekologi mangroves sebagai ujung dari personal informatics.

  • KNOWLEDGE BASED DIAGNOSIS AND BREAKDOWN MANAGEMENT: Together with industrial partners the group works on approaches to analyze and correct breakdowns in manufacturing processes as well as software systems –> diagnosis berbasis pengetahuan terdesiminasi di internet dan manajemen breakdown, bekerja sama dengan mitra industri pariwisata, kelompok BUMDes, UKMK, KUD bekerja pada pendekatan untuk menganalisis dan memperbaiki penjabaran dalam proses fabrikasi industri tersebut seperti perbaikan sistem peranti lunak-nya.

  • Dua hal di atas dimodidfikasi menjadi fokus pada informatics technology (stack mapping) terkait best practices di REST /RESTful. Kaitan hal ini dengan butir pertama di atas adalah RESTful sebagai back bones untuk sistem informasi dimaksud dalam ruang lingkup micro services. Hal yang sama untuk butir kedua di atas adalah RESTful sebagai alat utama netizens dalam mendukung kerja-kerja tersebut secara terintegrasi.

TITLE

RISK ASSESMENT CALCULATION GOVERNANCE UTILIZATION STRATEGIES OF POWER PLANT AREAS, SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONES, AND OCEAN PORT AREAS, RELATED TO CLIMATE CHANGE AND INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING LINK TO MARITIME /MARINE INFORMATICS

EXPLANATION

The analysis is a risk assessment calculation of eco-tourism mangrove ecosystem governance strategy related to electricity supply (generator, transmission, distribution, end user, electrical engineering bureau), special economic area around mangrove (tourist inn, tourist market, yard area) and Local fishing ports (for fish landing, transportation, mangrove maintenance). The risks are related to climate change (abrasion, global warming, weather prediction) and infra-structure planning (pre- musrenbang -des, -da, to musrenbang-nas).

Abstract

Research topic is risk assessment calculation in governance utilization strategies of integrated power plant areas, special economic zones, and ocean port areas, related to climate change and infra-structure planning. This assessment can be done with text and data mining from that three kind of location.

Research question is finding careful examination result of what, could cause harm to people in governance utilization strategies of electronic agriculture /maritime /marine and environmental management system in interconnection that three locations, in order to face climate change with infra-structure planning in rural /urban level.

The research is importance because we can find some model of electronic agriculture /maritime /marine and environmental management system to protect all stake holder in that three location from the natural disaster related to climate change like peat /wet land burnout with its smokes and another disaster. With that system, we must prepared infra-structure planning ranging from rural planning to urban planning.

This topic is studied diligently, in depth starting from the site provides basic information about environmental risk assessments like http://www.epa.gov/ and some sites related to Center for International Forestry Research like http://www.cifor.org/ with case study locations near sample in Panjang Port, Lampung, their ecology and ecosystem so we can find mangrove ecotourism governance in maritime /marine informatics term.

The expected discovery are some feasible electronic agriculture /maritime /marine and environmental management system that enabled some effort of massif computerization so we can doing real time agriculture /maritime /marine and environmental monitoring or control.

Some findings and invention will be interpreted with geographic information methods like ILWIS based mapping and ecological engineering methods in order to prepare ecosystem restoration planning so we can upgrade agriculture /maritime /marine and environmental qualities.

The research implications are community empowerment improvement, rural and urban development paradigm improvement, with special purpose vehicles and supporting system organizations from academicians like the real working lectures, knowledge and techno park, and intellectual property rights research and development in order to make new product developments so we can use that product to improve agriculture /maritime /marine and environmental qualities in five term (food sovereignty, energy sovereignty, maritime, industry, tourism).

Research Background

With environmental science, human beings are led to make improvements, protection, and conservation of nature around the place of life, controlling pollution /environmental pollution. Because we have only one earth, environmental issues have become of international importance such as global warming, ozone layer depletion, acid rain, reduced biodiversity.

Poolsappasit, Nayot and friends in their research with title “Towards an Efficient Vulnerability Analysis Methodology for Better Security Risk Management” have to maximizes the resource utilization. However they are making the best-practice security risk management frameworks. They have been processing information for effective risk management. Li, Wenyuan and Hoboken have been research “Risk Assessment of Power Systems: Models, Methods, and Applications”. They divide that concept in three matter: 1) System risk evaluation; 2) Data in risk evaluation; 3) Unit interruption cost.

 

Problems Identification

Power plant areas, special economic zones, and ocean port areas have interconnection, are they having integrated environmental management system that involve local residents in community empowerment? How where the actions of all stakeholders involved in the three regions so that they can be realized: 1) Green energy by policy makers district power station; 2) Eco-green-industrial park by stakeholders industrial areas; 3) Green port by port area policy makers?

 

Research Purposes

For Science & Technology: the establishment of an integrated environmental management system model that can be applied / implemented in three similar regions. Peat /wetland conservation around three regions through fisheries that can greatly contribute to the economic and nutritional Indonesian society in general and the public about the three regions in particular. Fisheries applied in any (single) acres of land managed by the community in the pond /reservoir at the lowest in the land. This will force the community to control the land as often as possible.

 

Hypothesis

Because the government has had charge of environmental agencies from central to local, open the possibility of realizing an integrated environmental management system with maritime /marine informatics. If integrated environmental management system be realized in three regions then all its stakeholders can contribute to efforts to tackle climate change impacts in their own region begins with the planning of infra-structure that supports need it.

 

Methodology

Based on the benefits of the research dissertation, the author took the classification of basic research to discover new knowledge (theories, concepts, and / or related methodology of integrated environmental management system with maritime /marine informatics) without thinking about its relationship with the community needs in everyday life. Even though it is expected that knowledge can affect the safety needs of the community life of the consequences of climate change and planning infra-structure of the Panjang and surrounding areas so we can find mangrove ecotourism governance.

 

Expected Results

Related Agro Industries and Agro Energy and the detailed description above, the writers of research methods that will be brought to the National Scientific Meeting Dynamics of Population and Sustainable Development, based on the concept of environmental management there are two methods of approach to the optimization of governance environment. Will be tested in the field in the area around the Panjang which approach is most appropriate, whether one or a combination of environmental management related to the change in morphology lowlands? Will be written explanation with examples of cases in the Panjang and associated with balance problems. Described the stages ranging from the identification, analysis, to evaluate to discharge recommendation for environmental management, both from the physical aspects like any non-physical.
