Aims and Scope: <\/span><\/span>Journal of Environmental Informati<\/i>cs<\/i> <\/span>(JEI) is an international, peer-reviewed, and interdisciplinary publication designed to foster innovative research<\/strong> on<\/span><\/span> systems science and information technology <\/span><\/strong><\/span> <\/span> for environmental management<\/span><\/span>. <\/span> The journal aims<\/span> to motivate and enhance <\/span><\/span> the integration of environmental information and systems analysis to help develop management solutions that are consensus-oriented, risk-informed, scientifically-based and cost-effective.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

It serves researchers, educators and practitioners who are interested in theoretical and\/or applied aspects of environmental information sciences<\/span><\/strong>, regardless of disciplinary boundaries. The topics addressed by the journal include:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Decision and risk analysis for environmental management<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– Mathematical methods for systems modeling and optimization<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
