Students are asked to Discuss with your group to choose a real life case, and explain through presentation what is the importance of business law that your group see in the case, reasoning with it, with requirement as follow a. not more that 5 year old for the case, b. english source for the case is a must, c. the party that involve in the case should be business companies d. the law that being used must be business law, discuss with your group in break out room e. the cases must not involve criminal law, create power point as the final ouput
Using the same template of powerpoint from previous week, students are asked to identify the laws, articles and paragraphs in the law that are the basis for making court decisions in your case, use your previously slide to complete assignment, ID the slide that you use by giving date of the assignment on the slide.

Where is the place where the aggrieved party started the complaint (eg the police, district court, or other judicial institution?)
How long does it take from the time of the complaint to the first court trial?
How many trials (when the trial happen) being done in the case
at level 1 / state court
at the next level / higher court (if any)
How many trials at the final level / supreme court (if any)
How many days does it take for the justice applicant to get the final court decision, (starting from the beginning of the case until the case has permanent legal decision)
Calculate costs in rupiah or US$, for the aggrieved party to seek justice for consideration of the following matters (use a rational estimate in determining costs if you do not have data)
length of days spent until the final decision is made,
attorney fees
witness fees,
transportation,
court cost
and other costs that may occur
