Menurut apa yang tertulis di <a href=\"http:\/\/argaolahraga.blogspot.co.id\/2013\/03\/cara-olahraga-yang-baik-dan-benar.html\"> Arga Olahraga<\/a> maka sebaiknya frekuensi latihan dilakukan secara teratur 3-5 kali per minggu.
